Abstract: | RESUMEN: La usabilidad y la pedagogía son dos elementos claves en un software educativo para lograr su objetivo. De tal manera que si no es usable, entonces el aprendiz tendrá problemas para realizar las actividades a nivel de interfaces, y si no es pedagógico, entonces se le deberá quitar el adjetivo “educativo”. Para asegurar que un software educativo cumple con estas características, es necesario evaluarlo con métodos que permitan obtener resultados precisos sobre la problemática que presentan. El propósito de la presente investigación, es ofrecer algunos modelos y métodos tanto usables como pedagógicos que permitan hacer evaluaciones a los software educativos a través de las distintas etapas de desarrollo de la aplicación. ABSTRACT: Usability and pedagogy are two key elements in educational software in order to reach its purpose. So, if it is not usable, then the apprentice will have problems to perform the activities at interfaces level and, if it is not pedagogical, then the adjective «educational» must be deleted. To make sure that educational software complies with these features, it is necessary to be evaluated with methods that allow to get accurate results over the problem they show. The objective of this study is to offer some usable as well as pedagogical models and methods, in order to evaluate educational software through the different stages of application development. |
