CONTROLADOR DIFUSO PARA LOS DISCOS PELETIZADORES DEL PROCESO DE FORMACIÓN DE PELLAS VERDES

Abstract

RESUMEN: Se desarrolla un Controlador Difuso, para mejorar el funcionamiento operativo de los Discos Peletizadores responsables del proceso de formación de pellas verdes. Una descripción general del sistema se realizó aplicando la “Visión Amplia del Sistema” de la Metodología de Checkland. Posteriormente, los elementos básicos del Controlador se definieron del proceso de Adquisición de Conocimientos, esencialmente la Base de Reglas donde se describe la dinámica del sistema. Para diseñar y validar el Controlador a través de un proceso de simulacion se utiliza la herramienta MATLAB permitiendo analizar su comportamiento. La tendencia esperada de las variables de control es satisfactoria, y el comportamiento del Controlador es más suave y menos abrupto que en el caso real ante variaciones de las condiciones iniciales. ABSTRACT: A Diffuse Controller was developed in order to improve the operative functionality of Pelletizing Disks, in the process of the formation of green pellets. A general description of the system was made by applying the “System Wide View” Checkland Methodology. Posteriorly, the basic elements of the Controller were defined from the Acquisition of Knowledge process, essentially the Rule Base, which describes the dynamics of the system. The MATLAB tool was used to design and validate the Controller by means of a simulation process, allowing us to analyze its behavior. The expected tendency of the control variables was satisfactory and the Controller's behavior is smoother and less abrupt than in the real case scenario in the presence of variations of the initial conditions.
