EL DERECHO INTERNACIONAL PRIVADO Y SU VINCULACIÓN CON EL PROCESO DE INTEGRACIÓN

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar algunas cuestiones generales del Derecho Internacional Privado y su vinculación con el proceso de integración de los Estados. La investigación es descriptiva y se utiliza la técnica de la observación documental. Se concluye que en la actualidad los Estados que forman parte de un proceso de integración crean normas armonizadas y unificadas con la finalidad de lograr los objetivos comunes propuestos, dando nacimiento al Derecho Internacional Privado de la Integración y a normas de Derecho Internacional Privado regionales. ABSTRACT: The objective of this article is to analyze the general subject of the International Private Law and their entailment with the Integration Process of the States. The investigation is descriptive and the technique of the documentary observation is used. One concludes that, at the present time, the states that form a part of an integration process create norms harmonized and unifi ed with the purpose of obtaining the proposed common objectives, giving birth to the International Private Laws of Integration and to regional norms of the International Private Law.
